Veteran Challenge Coins FAQ
How much do custom veteran challenge coins cost?
The price of veteran challenge coins depends on size, quantity, number of colors and any options you add. There is a one-time mold fee, from $100 for a 1.5" coin up to $300 for a 3" coin, and the per-coin price drops as your quantity goes up. Our pricing page shows current per-coin prices, or request a free quote for your exact price. Design, your proof and shipping are always free.
What size should our veteran challenge coins be?
Most veteran challenge coins are 1.75" or 2", big enough for a crest, a motto and a name without crowding. Choose 1.5" for a simple design or a lower price, or 2.5" to 3" when you want lots of detail or a coin that stands out in a presentation case.
Can veteran coins be used for fundraising?
Yes. Many posts and veterans' groups sell coins to raise money for their programs. Ordering a larger quantity lowers the price of each coin, which leaves more room for your fundraiser.
Can you make coins for our American Legion or VFW post?
Yes. Send your post emblem and number, and we'll design a coin your members will be proud to carry.
How long does it take to get veteran challenge coins?
Once you approve your proof and say “Go!”, most orders arrive within 2 weeks, shipped free by air. If you need coins for Veterans Day, Memorial Day or a post event, give us the date when you request your quote and we'll plan around it. Allow extra time from June through August, our busiest season.
