City police department
A Missouri department put its badge, with the state seal, over a thin blue line flag. The back carries raised gold versions of seven unit badges, including K-9 and special response, ringed by the department's values.
Police challenge coins build pride and recognize the officers who protect your community. We make custom coins for departments, special units, academies, associations and events, including badge, handcuff and bottle opener shapes.
Hover (or tap) a coin to see its back. Every coin is fully custom: your design, your metal, your edge.
A good police coin looks like it belongs to your department. Start with what officers already wear and recognize, then add the details that make it yours.
Your badge, shoulder patch or department seal is the natural centerpiece. We redraw it for minting so the lettering stays sharp, and the coin itself can even be cut to the shape of your badge.
Many departments put the main emblem on the front and use the back for K-9, SWAT, traffic or community units, or for core values like integrity and service.
A thin blue line flag behind the badge is a simple way to add color, and it works well with both gold and silver metal.
Memorial coins often add a kneeling officer, a rose or the names and end-of-watch dates of fallen officers.
Most departments choose 1.75" or 2", which leaves room for a badge with readable text around the edge. Go to 2.5" if the back lists several units or names. Polished gold and antique silver are both popular, and a diamond cut or rope edge adds a finished look. Bottle opener and badge-shaped coins are quoted on request.

A trooper badge sits over the outline of the state with the troop and county around the edge. The back shows the city skyline and mountains with the local university's orange T, a nod to where the troop serves.
Cut in the shape of an airplane, this chief's coin carries the chief's title on a blue band. The back turns the plane into a thin blue line flag with the airport police patch and the chief's motto.
