Memorial Coins FAQ
How much do custom memorial coins cost?
The price of memorial coins depends on size, quantity, number of colors and any options you add. There is a one-time mold fee, from $100 for a 1.5" coin up to $300 for a 3" coin, and the per-coin price drops as your quantity goes up. Our pricing page shows current per-coin prices, or request a free quote for your exact price. Design, your proof and shipping are always free.
What size should our memorial coins be?
Most memorial coins are 1.75" or 2", big enough for a crest, a motto and a name without crowding. Choose 1.5" for a simple design or a lower price, or 2.5" to 3" when you want lots of detail or a coin that stands out in a presentation case.
Can a memorial coin include a name, dates and a photo?
Names, dates, badges and symbols can all be minted on the coin. For a photo, ask about a printed photo coin, which is quoted on request.
Can you help on a tight deadline for a service?
Call us at 1-800-371-6256 and tell us the date. We'll tell you honestly what timing is possible before you order.
How long does it take to get memorial coins?
Once you approve your proof and say “Go!”, most orders arrive within 2 weeks, shipped free by air. If you need coins for a memorial service or dedication, give us the date when you request your quote and we'll plan around it. Allow extra time from June through August, our busiest season.
