This Privacy Policy explains what information Challenge Coins On Sale, operated by Lightsaber Promotions, Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”), collects through challengecoinsonsale.com (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what we need to quote, make and deliver your coins, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
You can browse the Site without telling us who you are. We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us, such as when you:
- Request a free quote: your name, email, phone number, organization, coin details (quantity, size, plating, edge, colors and options), the date you need your coins, any artwork or files you upload and any message you include.
- Pay for an order: your proof and order details, billing and shipping names, addresses, email and phone numbers, and the payment card details needed to process your payment.
- Join our discount list: your name and email address.
- Share your story or a review: your name, email, organization, location, rating, your story and whether you give us permission to publish it.
- Call or email us: whatever you choose to share in the conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our web server automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. These server logs help us keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.
We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the Site, as described in the next section. Our quote and payment forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may set its own cookies (see “Services we use” below).
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to learn how people use the Site so we can make it better. - To prepare your quote, design your proof and answer your questions.
- To produce, ship and support your order, including re-orders using your saved artwork and molds.
- To process your payment and keep accurate business and tax records.
- To send you discounts and offers, but only if you joined our discount list or asked to receive them.
- To publish your testimonial or story, but only if you gave us permission. We show first names only unless you tell us otherwise.
- To protect the Site, our customers and our business from spam, fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us complete your order or run the Site, and only as much as they need:
- Our manufacturing partners receive your artwork and coin specifications so they can make your coins. They do not receive your payment information.
- Shipping carriers such as FedEx and UPS receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order.
- Our payment processor and bank receive the card and billing details needed to process your payment.
- Our website, form and email providers host the Site, our forms and our email on our behalf.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Services we use
- Online forms: our quote and payment forms are hosted on our own form system at forms.challengecoinsonsale.com and shown on the Site in an embedded frame.
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects our forms from spam and bots. It collects information about your device and how you use the form, which Google uses under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel: help us understand how the Site is used and which ads bring in quote requests (see “Analytics, advertising and cookies” above).
- Google Fonts: the Site’s fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address so it can deliver them.
- Pricing tables: our live coin pricing is loaded from tables.lightsaberpromotions.com, a server run by our own company.
- Facebook and Instagram: the Site links to our social media pages. Nothing is shared with them unless you click a link, and once you are on their sites, their privacy policies apply.
How we protect your information
The Site and our forms use secure (HTTPS) connections, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to handle your quote, order or payment. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
How long we keep it
We keep order information, artwork and proofs for as long as they are useful for your order, re-orders and support, and as long as needed for our business, tax and legal records. We store coin molds for 12 months so re-orders are quick and affordable. If you would like us to delete information we no longer need, just ask.
Your choices
- Discount emails: you can stop them at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by asking us.
- Your information: you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Testimonials: if we published your review or story and you would like it changed or removed, let us know and we will take care of it.

The Site links to other websites, such as our social media pages and the Better Business Bureau. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
The Site is meant for adults ordering on behalf of themselves or their organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
