How much do custom event coins cost?
The price of event coins depends on size, quantity, number of colors and any options you add. There is a one-time mold fee, from $100 for a 1.5" coin up to $300 for a 3" coin, and the per-coin price drops as your quantity goes up. Our pricing page shows current per-coin prices, or request a free quote for your exact price. Design, your proof and shipping are always free.
What size should our event coins be?
Most event coins are 1.75" or 2", big enough for a crest, a motto and a name without crowding. Choose 1.5" for a simple design or a lower price, or 2.5" to 3" when you want lots of detail or a coin that stands out in a presentation case.
Can event coins be sold to raise money?
Yes. Many events and charities sell coins as keepsakes or fundraisers. Ordering a larger quantity lowers the price of each coin.
Can we add the date and location to the coin?
Yes. Event names, dates, locations and sponsor logos are all common. You'll see everything on your free proof before production.
How long does it take to get event coins?
Once you approve your proof and say “Go!”, most orders arrive within 2 weeks, shipped free by air. If you need coins for your event, give us the date when you request your quote and we'll plan around it. Allow extra time from June through August, our busiest season.
